Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your order.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
    (Timelines may vary slightly due to courier serviceability or unforeseen delays.)

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.

  • Orders below ₹2,000 will have a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹5,000 with a small convenience fee.

Exchange Policy

Perfume is a personal product and cannot be returned once purchased. We do not accept returns for opened or used items.

Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:

  • You receive a product that is damaged in transit.

  • You receive the wrong item by mistake.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurafragrances.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 7304730637 with your order details and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds will be issued for opened or used perfumes.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Discovery sets and minis are non-exchangeable unless damaged.
